This PR updates the Romanian (ro) localization message bundle in DevExtreme to improve coverage and correctness of user-facing strings.
Changes:
- Replaces remaining English message values with Romanian text.
- Fixes/normalizes multiple Romanian UI strings (typos/diacritics) across components (DataGrid, Scheduler, HtmlEditor, etc.).
