This PR checks the tutorials against the candidate release version,
v7.9.0for EXP.To check:
Tutorials/BasisTutorials/CoefficientsTutorials/EXPTutorials/OrbitsTutorials/IntroductionI've skipped
How-Tofor now, since those are contributed recipes that usually require standalone data. If we do want to support those, we may need a more clean policy.
