Remove hero_two.jpg which was an identical copy of hero.jpg. Resize hero.jpg from 7360x4912 to 1080x720 and convert to WebP (14MB → 23KB). Convert size_analysis.png to lossless WebP (908KB → 593KB). Total savings of ~28.3MB in app bundle size. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
