First release, with official HTMLy v3.1.1 from danpros, modified to include advanced Matomo statistics and bot recognition. Also featuring WhatsApp social and a bot rejection system (to be used with PHP Matomo statistics).

All releases will be based from official HTMLy code, with a "e" - this release will be hopefully integrate in HTMLy and become HTMLy 3.2.0.
