Hey Ryan!
I am still out of office. Even worst, during summer children have a quite
annoying schedule on the kindergarden.
It would take me too long to address this, and I do not want to lag it too

This PR adds an example directory to the repo that contains instructions and examples for common MoorDyn uses. It includes a Jupyter notebook for walking through the code step by step, PDF's with instructions lists, and example set-ups for running with OpenFAST.
Because the
MHK_RM1_Floatingexample directory is derived from the OpenFAST regression tests, I included the appropriate license requirements in that directory as well.@sanguinariojoe, before I merge this, is there anything else you think is worth adding?
