Summary

  • adjust the EmergencyManagement database backfill to read legacy event payload columns using their table keys
  • default to NULL values when detail or point payload columns are absent to keep the migration query valid

Testing

  • pytest tests/test_example_emergency_management.py -k database --maxfail=1
