TableParser.csfrom the project file. The source file had been removed as no longer used in commit 1ba0c87 — but the file remained in the.csprojso that building all in a freshly cloned repo resulted in a compile time error.Added a default
.gitignoreconfiguration for Visual Studio solution so that building utility does not result in "untracked"bin\,\obj,.vsfolders, etc.Fixed a typo in
