This commit expands the social media analyzer to include support for Douyin.

• Adds 'douyin' to the list of supported platforms in main.py.
• Adds platform-specific advice for Douyin in fake_profile_detector.py.
• Adds the legitimate domain for Douyin in heuristics.py.
• Adds Python-specific entries to .gitignore to avoid committing compiled files.
