Do we know if HIZ 20 had reversed polarity? It is a strong motion sensor

Thanks for spotting that, added it in.
Start date is slightly earlier than I have in the ticket, lines up with the reversed SM data

Check where you have added this. I see three rows for OUZ and one for ODZ so I expect a typo in the station code.

The endtime was already in delta, so I left it as is. It belongs to a relatively short-lived datalogger 2008-08-24T23:55:01Z 2009-08-12T23:00:00Z
There's not much data for that install, but it looks reversed enough to be worth keeping:

Attempting to add the results of some polarity analysis work into delta.
Adding a few new polarities, but also removing entries for stations that appear to be incorrectly marked as reversed.
Merged a few entries that should've only been one line.
This should also account for all of the entries in
install/streams.csvthat were holding up #2613 (comment)
