Update camera metadata conventions to reflect recent agreements,

This is fine, but when did we decide on the C suffix? I don't recall.

Is this part of the 4 letters, or a 5th one? Maybe specify.

We are leaning towards a C suffix and I proposed it in the last delta meeting where it was well received. If you are up for it I think we can lock it in as convention going forward.

I see, I wasn't at Delta meeting last week. I'm fine with that. We just have to remember that the number of cameras sites is small, and most of them don't change, so making new code conventions might immediately affect one new camera code, but not all the existing sites. With is why the revised naming md file effectively says its a free for all.
