The current version is normalized, which means mutations later on in the simulation won't be worth as much as mutations earlier on because the networks are bigger. Not sure whether it's actually a good idea to standardize having divergence be confined to 0..1. |

Uses a Jaccard similarity based implementation for the
Speciatedtrait.note that this may not work as well as innovation numbers, as it is just random bullshit I came up with, but it would be a lot more space efficient.
