It would be good to check if the terminal/CMD we are running on supports color and automatically disable ANSI colors if it doesn't

@victor-Lopez25, well I have assumed that everybody has a terminal that supports colours, but for a new version I might consider it. Even though, the main goal of this PR is generating logs by storing the output of ADJ-validator.
