Summary

  • Updated eclipse-temurin Docker base image SHA to latest alpine 3.23 version
  • Addresses SSL-related CVE (UID2-6527)

Test plan

  • Verify Docker image builds successfully
  • Run existing tests to ensure no regressions

Resolves CVE-2024-12243 (libgnutls) and CVE-2025-0624 (grub2) vulnerabilities
by updating eclipse-temurin base image to the latest alpine 3.23 digest.
