This PR fixes the export and import of files uploaded in the test page component.
Otherwise the export will produce an "Undefined array key 2" in components/ILIAS/Export/classes/ExportHandler/Info/Export/Component/Handler.php:145
Please note that testing this needs also a fix in ILIAS 10:
ILIAS-eLearning/ILIAS#10751
