AI x Web3 School is a co-learning and practice program for AI × Web3 builders, jointly initiated by LXDAO and ETHPanda. The WCB platform will be used to support applications, learning records, project showcases, and follow-up opportunity matching.
This is not a course that only explains concepts, nor is it a simple combination of the two keywords “AI” and “Web3.” Real AI × Web3 scenarios involve model capabilities, tool use, wallets, signatures, payments, identity, permissions, secure execution, governance coordination, and verifiable records at the same time. We hope to help participants start from these real problems, build a shared language, complete foundational training, and turn ideas into projects that can be presented, verified, and continued beyond the program.
AI, Web3, AI x Web3
- If you are a Web3 builder who wants to understand LLMs, agents, workflows, AI coding, tool use, and what AI systems can and cannot do, this program is for you.
- If you are an AI builder who wants to learn wallets, signatures, smart contracts, account abstraction, on-chain verification, and permission security, this program is for you.
- If you are a developer, researcher, technical PM, DevRel, or ecosystem contributor who wants to find concrete AI × Web3 problems rather than simply follow hot narratives, this program is for you.
- If you are a student or early-stage builder, you do not need to be highly experienced already. If you are willing to build, document your process, check in daily, and work with others toward a verifiable result, you are welcome to apply.
We do not expect everyone to be strong from day one. What we care about most is whether you are willing to participate consistently, complete tasks seriously, and keep pushing a real problem forward.

The first cohort will follow a structure of Bootcamp + Hackathon + Handbook + Showcase / Opportunity:
-
Bootcamp:
Build the shared foundations of AI and Web3, and understand how agents, workflows, tool use, wallets, smart contracts, permissions, and on-chain verification relate to one another.
-
Hackathon:
Around directions such as Agentic Commerce / Payment, Dev Tooling, AI Security / Privacy, and AI × Governance / Coordination, move from problem definition toward demos, code repositories, and design documents.
-
Handbook:
Turn course content, problem maps, case breakdowns, and outstanding projects into a long-term accessible bilingual asset.
-
Showcase / Opportunity:
Through WCB’s project showcase and opportunity-matching mechanisms, help strong builders, projects, mentors, ecosystem partners, and potential opportunities continue connecting after the program ends.
The full path is:
problem definition → co-learning training → hands-on practice → project development → public showcase → builder and opportunity accumulation.

- Understand AI-side fundamentals such as LLMs, prompts, workflows, agents, tool use, and AI coding.
- Understand Web3 fundamentals such as accounts, wallets, addresses, signatures, transactions, gas, smart contracts, testnets, and block explorers.
- Complete at least one AI tool practice task and one Web3 testnet or smart contract interaction task.
- Connect the full minimal task chain: user intent, AI planning, human review, wallet authorization, on-chain execution, and verifiable records.
- Break down directions such as Agentic Commerce / Payment, Dev Tooling, AI Security / Privacy, AI × Governance / Coordination, and Open Track ideas.
- Learn how to judge whether a direction truly needs both AI and Web3, rather than merely combining two buzzwords.
- Choose one concrete direction and explain: who initiates the task, who executes it, who pays, who verifies the result, and who takes the risk.
- Form an initial project direction, problem map, risk breakdown, and possible Demo path.
- Continue strengthening the AI / Web3 skills needed for your direction and turn your Week 2 idea into a more concrete project.
- Kick off Hackathon tracks, challenges, team formation, and project direction selection.
- Clarify which actions can be automated, which must require human confirmation, and which results need on-chain records, logs, or other forms of proof.
- Prepare your project proposal, team roles, technical path, validation method, and Hackathon checklist.
- Enter the focused Hackathon build phase and turn your proposal into something demonstrable, runnable, or verifiable.
- Prepare a repo, README, demo link, video, testnet address, transaction hash, or other verification materials.
- Join project demos, receive review feedback, and share your work with the community so the project has a chance to continue beyond the program.
If some of these technical terms still feel unfamiliar, that is completely fine. At the beginning, we will help you set up your own Hermes / OpenClaw AI learning assistant, which you can use to create a learning plan, break down concepts, complete tasks, and gradually catch up with the program.
By completing the program, you will leave with three concrete things:
- A real entry point into the AI × Web3 intersection — not just “I have heard of this concept,” but a complete path through foundations, direction selection, hands-on tasks, and Hackathon submission. You will learn to distinguish shallow concept mixing from directions where AI and Web3 truly need each other.
- A project starting point that can keep moving: a proposal, demo, repo, README, video, testnet record, or other verifiable material. We care not only about ideas, but whether you can push a problem forward.
- A learning and contribution record that is easier for others to see. Your task records, credits, skill tags, project proposal, Demo / MVP, and repo can gradually be reflected in your Web3 Career Build (WCB) profile. Web3 Career Build (WCB) is a builder profile platform where your learning records, skills, and project outputs are visible to ecosystems, projects, and hiring teams. https://web3career.build/en It is not just application information — it can become a builder profile that ecosystems, projects, and hiring teams can actually review. After the program, we will pay particular attention to participants who consistently check in, maintain clear skill records, and produce projects, and when appropriate, help connect them to ecosystem opportunities, internships, jobs, or project follow-up where appropriate.
