Summary
Two new weather presets the user can apply with /weather set NoFog and /weather set NoGroundFog.
Fog can be incredibly annoying and unfortunately there is only a client side option in creative mode to deactivate it.
I haven't touched the FogDistance or FogColors settings.

NoFog.json does FogDensities = 0 and FogHeightFalloffs = 0
NoGroundFog.json does FogHeightFalloffs = 0, FogDensities remains 0.2
