Enhances SUBSTITUTE() function with the fourth, optional parameter instance_num.

Fixes #530
Added three unit tests (TextFunctionsTests.SubstituteShouldReplaceOnlyFirstInstance, TextFunctionsTests.SubstituteShouldReplaceOnlySecondInstance and StringFunctionsTests.SubstituteShouldReplaceOnlySecondInstanceFound) to verify this works.
