Users can not edit node values directly from the visualization panel. They will only be able to edit editable nodes. There are edit, save, and cancel buttons. The edits are reflected in the visualization and the left-hand side editor.
These changes work for all format types.
I decided not to use Copilot in my implementation for this project.
