cv: surface build credits as the page subtitle#169

Replace the three-doc tagline under the CV / Resume heading with the Tectonic / rules_tectonic / spear-resumes / CI build credits (previously the small centered footer line, now removed as a duplicate). The build- flow diagram section stays.

Replaces the "Resume is the broad pitch / Targeted / Full CV" tagline under the CV / Resume heading with the build-pipeline credits line (Tectonic · rules_tectonic · spear-resumes · CI). That line previously sat as a small centered footer; it's removed there to avoid duplication. The build-flow diagram section is unchanged.
