How to include neutrino data in the Obscore Extension

Use cases

1a) Getting all ANTARES events for a given object /region

• Looking at a position, get associated neutrinos (what is the associated search cone)?
• How are the same neutrinos in various data sets handled?

1b) Getting the corresponding IRFs

• retrieve the IRF only for the observation time span

2 Getting IRFs for given region/time regardless of event observation

• be able to obtain a sensitivity for a given neutrino flux
