- Add updateTollRequiredTxInChatHistory version flag and 2.4.9 migration. - Store update_toll_required transactions in chat history when the flag is enabled. - Include optional previousRequired in the update_toll_required tx type for client-provided payloads. - Keep default network active/min/latest versions at 2.4.8 while bumping package metadata to 2.4.9.
