Adds
ReasonandDisallowedAttoDisallowedEmailAddress,DisallowedEmailDomainandDisallowedUser, and a way to specify these when using the disallowance CLI commands. Also combinesGetDisallowedAssets()andGetDisallowedAssetsByType()into one method, and makes all disallowance methods return the new/existing entity alongside whether it's new or already existing.
