Pangea Modules

Library to build Pangea pipelines. Pangea is a system to organize scientific pipelines, see Pangea server for more.

Pangea modules are thin wrappers aroud Luigi that communicate with pangea-server for organization and upload large files to S3.

Pangea modules is in alpha and under heavy development.
