Increased the hiring cost of all persistent characters, especially those with named items.
Increased the daily wage demanded by persistent characters in other campaigns.
In the event where a persistent character offers to join you, if you cannot afford to hire him, an appropriate event option for that appears.

Fixed campaigns tooltip for persistent characters from other campaigns always saying no campaigns.
Adjusted the tooltip language to say companies instead of campaigns.
Persistent characters will now have their HP and Items Durability reset to max when spawning in other campaigns.

Characters can persist across campaigns. Persistence data for characters is only saved/updated when you Save Game.
Persistent stats such as total number of kills, battles, days and permanent injuries are tracked.
Characters from one campaign can appear as recruits in settlements in your future campaigns, with all their perks, items and levels intact.
A unique event where a character from one of your older campaigns offers to join you in your current campaign.
Import/Export feature to allow you to share your characters with others or save them for importing them later into another campaign at will
