Add blackbox Testing using wasmd Testing Framework

This PR replaces Lumera's system tests infrastructure by adopting the testing framework used by wasmd .

Key changes:

• Implements black box testing approach using binary-based chain setup
• Introduces dynamic genesis configuration for test scenarios
• Leverages wasmd's established testing patterns and utilitiesm complemented by utilities from the Cosmos SDK systemtests package.

This is the initial implementation that sets the foundation for blackbox testing.
