Fix critical missing imports in PINN components

This PR resolves critical NameError crashes encountered when initializing the PINN models. Several component classes were attempting to use other components without importing them.

Changes

• Added import for TransformerLSABlock in components/PhysicsInformedEncoder.py.
• Added imports for ShiftPatchTokenizer, PhysicsInformedEncoder, TransformerLSABlock, Flatten, and FeedForwardBlock in components/Lensiformer.py.
• Added imports for MultiLocallySelfAttention and FeedForwardBlock in components/TransformerLSABlock.py.

• Fixes crash: NameError: name 'TransformerLSABlock' is not defined
• Fixes crash: NameError: name 'ShiftPatchTokenizer' is not defined

Verification

• Created and ran tests in tests/test_pinn_components.py locally.
• Confirmed that the NameError exceptions are resolved.
