I just cherrypicked Lauren's work on commenting out in variable lists to comment out problematic variables for the time being which are appearing when running prepare_generate on request_cmip7_all.cfg.

If needed these can now be silenced using the variables file commenting (i have checked and it works) - but as just discussed in standup as Matt is updating this i won't comment out any for review.

Bypassing the Data Request and using Mip Tables.

Additional to the aim of the original issue (adding frequency to output), the stash codes should also now be showing.

Change looks about right and tests pass. Running extract on this gives the information we are missing
