Gods Announcement

Details

Sending a test announcement will auto add TEST: as a prefix to the title, and will include the sound file you played in the text field. I would have it use the sound file name but I'd have to reconfigure how it's deciding what works. Only the admin pressing the button will get the test announcement.

Why It's Good For The Game

Admin tools being practical to use is usually a good thing.
