chain chausses -> splint arming jacket -> gambeson 'kite' shield -> heater shield

changed the pants to be light armor, gave them a heater shield instead of the weird kite shield, and arming jacket to gambeson. they also got a utility knife in their bag |

About The Pull Request
Adds a new generic 'sword and board' mercenary class, The Gloryhound. Equipped with a steel cuirass and helmet alongside miscellaneous iron and leather gear, The Gloryhound acts as a generic fighter that mercenaries of all races can be.
Why It's Good For The Game
While mercenary has many subclasses, they are all usually very focused around a specific faction/culture, making it difficult to have just 'generic swordsman' when playing mercenary. It has also been requested by Ook and was given the greenlight by him.
Balance wise, it is based on fighter and boltslinger. They have 2 pieces of steel armor, a arming jacket, iron chain pants, and general leather gear outside of that. Their stats and skills are also very similar to warrior, with the main benefits being better starting armor and weaponry.
The generic goon is at your service, master.
