script01_preprocNSDMef - clarification on comments. all_channels.status doesn't have -1 toindicate SOZ. this is in all_channels.soz script01b_preprocBipolarbroadband - added to perform bipolar rereferencing, and then filter data to broadband and save in derivatives script02_writeMNI - added sections to calculate bipolar positions and transform to MNI functions/getXyzsInf - deleted because this is duplicate of existing function elsewhere and also not used in preprocessing
