There is a typo in checking if the docker search path is absolute or not. Corrected the bash if condition from
"${CONFIG_DOCKER_SEARCH_DIRS[i]}" != '/*'* to "${CONFIG_DOCKER_SEARCH_DIRS[i]}" != '/'*
