Bumps framework pin to the integrations/github provider 6.12.1 fix landed in nwarila-platform/github-terraform-framework#63. Tests whether the newer provider correctly omits `allow_forks` from PATCH payloads when the Terraform value is null. If yes, the allow_forking ownership-aware default from #62 finally takes effect and personal-account private repos (Resume, Personal, github-sandbox) deploy cleanly.
