Looks right. The node test/test-deployment-redirects test appears to perform equally well in in qa as it does in prod. Also verifying that a circ catalog permalink bounces directly to Vega: https://qa-catalog.nypl.org/record=b22765803 (Note that bibid must be checksum'd but that appears to also be true of production.)
