Changes

Added the rules tab to the project details page that displays the rules assigned to a project in a table. User can switch between multiple ruleset types. Each rule has a status badge and parent badges depend on leaf badges. Also added a popover to change the status of a rule. Added the rule modal for assigning unassigned team rules to the project.

Test Cases

Not sure if the add rule modal FULLY works (did not have enough test data, and the logic is lowkey super complicated)
