[IMP]pms: use room address in resport invoice: apartaments, villas, etc

This pull request updates the logic for displaying the address block on invoices in the pms/report/invoice.xml template. The main improvement is that the invoice will now show a room's independent address if there is only one room in the journal and that room has its own address, otherwise it will default to the property's address.

Address selection improvements:

• Added logic to check if the journal has a single room with an independent address, and if so, display that room's address instead of the property's address.
• Updated the template to conditionally render either the room address or the property address based on the new logic.
