Complete OpenEMS CSX exporter

Fixes #5

• Run the help, take a look to the Output options :

  nix develop
      cmake -S . -B build
      cmake --build build #-j
      build/src/openemsh -h

• Take a look to test/lpf.csx, especially the /openEMS/ContinuousStructure/RectilinearGrid path, and the absence of /OpenEMSH.

• Run the mesher, and observe the addition of meshlines under /openEMS/ContinuousStructure/RectilinearGrid :

      build/src/openemsh test/lpf.csx -f --lmin 2

• Rerun the mesher, saving mesher parameters, and obseve their addition under /OpenEMSH :

      build/src/openemsh test/lpf.csx -f --lmin 2 --save-oemsh-params

• Rerun the mesher, augmenting the mesh density and only saving the X axis lines; and observe the higher number of meshlines but the absence of Y and Z axes under /openEMS/ContinuousStructure/RectilinearGrid, and the update of lmin under /OpenEMSH :

      build/src/openemsh test/lpf.csx -f --lmin 10 --save-oemsh-params --no-y --no-z
