…emplate-builder (zh&en) Add detailed tutorials for two DataFlow-Skills: `dataflow-operator-builder` and `prompt-template-builder`, covering overview, core features, workflow, usage guide (interactive interview & direct spec modes), mode comparison, and FAQ/gotchas. Both Chinese and English versions are included. A new "DataFlow Skills" sidebar section is added after "Agent for Dataflow" in both zh and en guide.ts configs. Made-with: Cursor
