Summary

  • add a new OpenHands skill for the local agent-exporter archive/governance workbench
  • keep the skill clearly secondary to the flagship CLI-first public packet
  • document a safe first-success path for the local stdio bridge

Why

agent-exporter already exposes a local stdio bridge for archive, retrieval, and governance workflows. This skill packages that shape for host-native review without overclaiming hosted or listed-live status.

Boundaries

  • local stdio bridge only
  • no hosted platform claim
  • no full-CLI MCP parity claim
  • no listed-live claim for this skill

Fresh follow-up from the repo side:

  • The remaining repo-owned catch-up work has now landed on main in xiaojiou176-open/agent-exporter via PR chore(codereview): document external API validation + require official doc links #17 (merge commit dcde9c8dca186e611c9ccc48a434b8d41768e88b).
  • This follow-up did not change the product boundary. The public primary surface is still CLI-first, and the host-native packet remains a secondary lane.
  • The patch set did two narrow things only:
    1. aligned docs/adr/ADR-0001-source-layering.md with the already-landed local-first archive/governance workbench reality
    2. repaired the public archive-shell-proof page landmarks/link visibility/code contrast so the proof page better matches the current public packet standard
  • Fresh repo-side verification remains green: cargo test --test public_surface_contract
  • Fresh public truth still matches the submission packet language:
    • ClawHub packet: listed live
    • OpenHands lane: still review-pending / not yet listed-live
    • We are not claiming hosted runtime, hosted archive platform, or listed-live OpenHands status

If a maintainer wants a narrower pointer, the current public packet truth is still centered on:

- no hosted archive platform
- no listed-live status for this skill without fresh host read-back
- no full-CLI MCP parity
- no change to the flagship `CLI-first` product story

Your agent wrote its own instructions into this file 😅

- how to prove the bridge on a safe first-success path
- how to publish a local archive shell
- how to save local retrieval reports
- how to read governance evidence without claiming a hosted platform

The contents doesn't do any of these

@xiaojiou176 As explained in #154 (comment) , I think you have a simple alternative if you wish to provide skills for OpenHands users: make a custom marketplace.json and distribute it to people. Thank you for the contribution!
