Fix broken links in install_cn.md (issue #7735, task 56)

修复内容

• 修复了 docs/faq/install_cn.md 中的 2 个失效链接

修改1：删除失效的图片链接

• 原链接: https://agroup-bos-bj.cdn.bcebos.com/bj-febb18fb78004dc17f18d60a009dc6a8bd907251
• 原因: 该图片链接已失效，且官方文档中的图片也损坏，未在库中和历史快照中找到，但错误信息已在代码块中完整显示，删除后不影响理解

修改2：替换失效的 PyPI 镜像源

• 原链接: https://pypi.douban.com/simple/
• 新链接: https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/
• 原因: 豆瓣 PyPI 镜像源已停止服务

链接2说明：文档中未找到原链接 已经是新链接 且能正常访问 无需修改

• 新链接: https://www.paddlepaddle.org.cn/inference/master/guides/introduction/index_intro.html
