added a
--defaultflag to the auth CLI to select the first gateway in the gateways offered to the user to select:this makes running the
pinata authcommand in a github action much easier and cleanerit probably could be a
--gateway <GATEWAY_URL>command, but that can be another PRedit - whoops I thought I could pass the token in through CLI, but I cannot. Also added that in as part of this PR with the
--tokenparameter
