- Remove -it flags from docker run command (not compatible with non-interactive execution)
- Set output.folder to /vol/ in planscore_models_state_leg.R (was placeholder XXXXXX)
- Add na.rm=TRUE to mean(dpres) calculation to handle NA values
- Add BH package to Dockerfile for Stan/brms compilation

- Add round(, 4) to all C and E matrix write.csv() calls in both R scripts
- Change "stateleg" to "statelege" in state_leg.R output filenames
- Change model code from "2025A" to "2026A" for state legislative models
- Set output.folder to /vol/ in congress.R (was placeholder XXXXXX)

"Run more shorter chains instead of fewer long ones. For example, 8 chains × 1000 iterations will have less variance in finish times than 4 chains × 2000 iterations, and you get the same total draws. The load-balancing improves because the law of large numbers works in your favor."
