Adds a blog page to the "Info Center" tab. There is no content yet linked to each card.

To be done:

  • Decide photo sizing for consistency and update card format
  • Get a photo from one of the students presenting at ICER
  • Ask students to write a blog entry for ICER
  • Write content for ASEE 2023 (booth, baseball, and papers)
  • Write content for NSF SBIR (project goals)
  • Write content for SIGCSE affiliated section
