Tagging @RefaatIsmail here, there are some issues with the current fidelity estimation method. It is not technically correct and can only provide qualitative results. The correct approach is to use tomography or teleportation. Tomography requires a large number of shots, while teleportation will reduce the post-selection rate by half.

@ChenZhao44 or @RefaatIsmail -- I'd go with the teleportation approach then. Has either of you generated new circuits for that?
