Yeah, if you could specify the changes that you tend to make (particularly for the biblatex file), they shouldn't be hard to automate, and we could keep a list of additional changes to make manually.

Many of these are listed in my commits to this PR:

• fix gremlins (change smart quotes to simple quotes, ' and ")
• eliminate redundant doi.org URLs
• use acm as publisher
• eliminate issue_date
• eliminate numpages, publisher and location/address for articles
• articleno -> eid
• add pages for eid in bib file

I also like to get a close to clean (just a few warnings left) output from the biber validation documented in the readme at https://github.com/QuantumPL/bib?tab=readme-ov-file#note

There are more, such as sorting in the order listed at the top of the files, but I didn't do it this time. Perhaps we can start with these and go from there.
