This adds a 'binder' (read more at https://mybinder.org) configuration so that people can easily run vignettes and work with eiCompare. It provides exactly the same interface as working on a JupyterHub but is completely ephemeral and has limited computational resources! It is extremely useful for documentation and demos. You see how this works on my current fork of eiCompare (link will change once merged):
