Overview
This PR implements the first steps for an ORCID authentication. It provides a banner, and a button inside of the profile to start the connection. Manual entry of ORCID IDs will no longer be available, and any manually entered ones will have to be properly authenticated before re-linking. User Tooltips are also updated if they are properly authenticated with ORCID.
