feat: add Kimi K2.5 and K2 model support for Moonshot provider

• Add kimi-k2.5 and kimi-k2 to model catalog with 256K context, vision support, and updated pricing ($0.60/$3.00 per M tokens)
• Update aliases: "kimi" now resolves to kimi-k2.5 (was moonshot-v1-128k)
• Add kimi-k2-thinking alias for kimi-k2
• Add Kimi K2 specific cost metering in metering engine
• Fix temperature for Kimi K2 models (API requires temperature=1.0) in both streaming and non-streaming code paths
