Color Palette

using color palettes from https://colorbrewer2.org/

Water features

Use the 4 or 6-class Blues (https://colorbrewer2.org/#type=sequential&scheme=PuBu&n=6) for water features, remove the ones that conflict with the color of the water features of the base map:

Facilities

Use the 9-class Reds https://colorbrewer2.org/#type=sequential&scheme=Reds&n=9 as primary palette for facilities. As secondary, use the 9-class Purples https://colorbrewer2.org/#type=sequential&scheme=Purples&n=9 (only if no PFAS signatures are shown).
