[Only merge with 8.3.0-beta.1] Add EPC parser to parser get-started docs

Summary

• add Electronic Product Code (EPC) to supported parser formats in parser get-started docs
• add EPC links in get-started pages using the same external HTML pattern as other parser formats
• cover supported SDK pages: Android, iOS, Web, Capacitor, Cordova, Flutter, React Native
• keep .NET parser get-started without EPC (EPC is not available there)

Notes

• Linux and Titanium parser pages are unchanged because parser is marked as unavailable there.
