This PR adds a comprehensive quickstart guide for wRTC (wrapped RustChain Token) covering:\n\n- How to buy wRTC on Raydium DEX\n- How to verify wRTC tokens\n- How to bridge between RTC and wRTC using BoTTube Bridge\n- Complete token information and security notes\n\nFixes the bounty task for 40 RTC rewards.

Why: this overlaps existing wRTC onboarding work already under review, and several quickstart PRs reference bounty #58 which is now a red-team consensus bounty (not docs).
